What we plan to do

Investing in comfortable, affordable, and safe housing remains essential. Investment activities are set to begin upon obtaining permits from the Regulatory Authority, which cannot be guaranteed. At this stage, the company does not yet hold a license or authorization to operate as an Asset Management Company under the regulatory framework of the Bank of Lithuania or any other supervisory authority. The purpose of this website is to provide general information about the company’s planned activities, strategic objectives, and the proven track record of its executive team.

Over a decade of experience leading real estate projects across Lithuania and internationally, managing regulations and meeting sustainability standards. Led the development of a 45,000 sq.m GLA Class A+ office complex in Vilnius.

Nearly five years at Eastnine, with a focus on Nasdaq-listed company standards, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Expanding into digital PropTech and serving as a Jury Member for Europe’s largest PropTech competition, the PropTech StartUp & Scale-up Europe Awards.

Managed audits for global corporations, including a London Stock Exchange-listed electronics giant and was part of Toyota’s global audit team. Audited companies across the Baltics, Central Europe, Russia, and the UK.

She has served as Chief Legal Officer and Board Member at Galio Group, and previously held senior legal roles at SEB Group’s real estate arm and leading law firms in Lithuania.

Her expertise spans across high-value real estate transactions, regulatory compliance and governance in complex, cross-border real estate portfolios. With a deep understanding of legal risks and institutional governance nuances, Gintarė plays a key role in protecting investor value and supporting long-term portfolio resilience.
