Gintarė Ratkutė brings nearly 20 years of high-level legal and governance expertise to the Board, with a career dedicated to guiding major real estate organizations across the Baltics and strengthening their institutional frameworks. She has served as Chief Legal Officer and Board Member at Galio Group, and previously held senior legal roles at SEB Group’s real estate arm and leading law firms in Lithuania.
Her expertise spans across high-value real estate transactions, regulatory compliance and governance in complex, cross-border real estate portfolios. With a deep understanding of legal risks and institutional governance nuances, Gintarė plays a key role in protecting investor value and supporting long-term portfolio resilience.

Previously practiced law at international firm TGS Baltic and Baltic Legal Solutions Lithuania, and later served as CEO of a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Currently engaged in real estate advisory and project management, leveraging deep practical experience in asset valuation, preparation for sale or lease, and end-to-end transaction execution. Holds a Law degree from Vilnius University.
